Food Safety Handling Certification
It’s time all of your culinary management staff get National Registry Certified.
The State of Florida requires a Person In Charge (PIC) to have completed a food service sanitation program approved by the State Health Department with a current certification. At least one Certified PIC has to be present during all hours of operation.
Proper handling and sanitation should always be your operation’s number one concern.

Aloha Productions Commissary offers testing twice a week in two different locations, we offer testing for food handlers certificate which is good for 3 years AND food managers certificate which is good for 5 years.
It is best if you complete this certification before your actual inspection so the state can assign a temporary license at the time of your inspection. However, you have thirty days to comply after receiving your license from the state.
